My Account enables you to sign into our services using an existing account from another provider.

My Account also enables you to sign into our services using a federal or social media provider.

This means you can either:

  • create your My Account with us; or
  • use your existing Digital Identity (such as myGovID) or your Facebook or Google accounts to access our online services.

Before creating your My Account please review the instructions under accessing an online service.
