Recover a forgotten email
To recover your forgotten email, use the recover a forgotten password chapter.
This process first requires email verification. Please use one of your known email addresses, starting with the email address you think is the one you originally signed up with. If you receive an “account verification code” email then you have a My Account and this is the email address registered to your account.
If you have tried all email addresses you may have signed up with, and not received an “account verification code” email, then you may have used your Digital Identity (such as myGovID) or your Facebook or Google account credentials to sign into the online service. Try signing in using one of these options.
Lastly, if none of these options work you may create a My Account with us. If you choose this option, you will not be able to recover anything associated with the previous account.
