Before proceeding ensure you are signed in. If you need assistance to sign in, please read the sign in chapter and sign in to the required online service.

Step 1: Your personal details can be changed via the "Manage my account" function which is available from within the online service.

Click on the "Manage my account" option under your name, located in the top right corner.

Or, if you are a FuelWatch subscriber you can click on "Manage my account" after clicking on your name located in the top right corner.

Step 2: In the "Manage my account" page, click on the "Edit personal details" link.

Step 3: The fields on the "Edit personal details" page are now editable.

If you only have one name, you can check the box titled "No given name(s)" and supply your name as the "Family name".

• Checking the "No given name(s)" box will clear the given name(s) if any have been recorded. However you may uncheck the box at any time, which will allow you to then record your "Given name(s)".

If you do not know your full date of birth you can select the "I do not know my full date of birth" checkbox and enter either a "Birth month and year" or just a "Birth year".

• When this option is selected, you must complete either the "Birth month and year" or the "Birth year". If you do not wish to supply either a birth year or birth year and month, you need to uncheck the "I do not know my full date of birth" checkbox and leave the "Date of birth" field blank.

NOTE: If the two-step authentication function is turned on the "Mobile number" field will display as "Mobile number Verified" and not be editable. If you wish to change your mobile number refer to the edit two-step authentication (2FA) authentication method chapter.

Step 4: Once you have changed your details, click on the "Save" button. Your details will now be updated and you will be returned to the "Manage my account" page.

Step 5: You can click on the "Back to" button, located at the top of the "Manage my account" page.

This will return you to the online service and your new details will be applied. If you have changed or updated your name, this change will be visible in the top right corner of the page.
