DEMIRS was one of the first agencies to participate in the Public Sector Commission’s Agency Capability Review program.

The review examined the structures, processes, resource use, systems and governance we have in place to help us better understand where we are doing well and where we need to focus more effort.

The Agency Capability Review was completed in 2022 and an Executive Summary Report was published outlining the process of the review, its findings, lines of inquiry and our good practices.

DEMIRS has used this report to help inform and drive our continuous improvement and has developed a number of projects and initiatives to specifically respond to the recommendations.
